Sustainable development of “ADL Ltd.” by creating new workplaces.

The current project addresses the establishment of ten new workplaces for the representatives of the target group – unemployment and inactive individuals. To achieve the goals of the project, the following activities will be performed: 1. Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of twelve months; 2. Purchase of equipment, furniture, lasting intangible assets and economic stock, associated with the creation of new workplaces; 3. Organization and management; 4. Information and publicity. With the realization of the planned activities, ten new workplaces will be exposed. Ten unemployed and/or inactive individuals will be hired. Five of them will be representatives of the specific categoryes. The results of the planned project activities will contribute to the accomplishment of the specific project aims: 1. Discovering new workplaces for unemployed or inactive persons; 2. Discovering new workplaces for unemployed adolescents aged up to 29 years (including). With the achievement of the specific goals, the project will contribute to the accomplishment of the common purpose of the project: creation of ten new workplaces for unemployed and inactive individuals for consecutive realization of the personnel policy of “ADL Ltd.” The execution of the project engages directly the target group, corresponds fully to its needs and allows inherent problems, such as low education level (under grade ISCED 3) and lack of practical experience, to be solved. The hired persons will obtain security and revenues, which will contribute to overcoming their social and economic isolation. The preservation of minimum 50% of the exposed workplaces for at least twelve months after the project’s end guarantees the creation of steady workplaces and the achievement of high efficiency of the proposed project.
