Improvement of the access to employment and quality of jobs in Plamena Style LLC

Plamena Style LLC is a modern manufacturing enterprise established in 2002 with its main activities: manufacturing and trading of its own collections of youth clothing, classic and business clothing and knitwear with a wide range of applications. The company also offers its own design solutions in interior textiles - making bedding, curtains, bedspreads, tablecloths and more. Following the strategy to expand its manufacturing and commercial activities, Plamena Style LLC plans to increase its personnel by employing new staff on administrative and manufacturing positions. In relation with that the company applies to get funding for the present project, which includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Employment of six unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months (positions: Chief Accountant - 1 person; Office Manager - 2 people, Administrative secretary - 1 person and Technologist, modeling and design of clothing - 2 people). 2. Purchase of new equipment and specialized software for interactive modeling and design of clothing. 3.Visualization of the project. 4. Project organization and management. The company will ensure that a minimum of 50% of the newly recruited personnel under the project (or 3 people) will belong to the specific category of unemployed youths up to 29 years inclusive. After completion of all project activities Plamena Style LLC will preserve the jobs for a minimum of 12 months of at least 50% of employees under the project, which will ensure sustainable employment of these people as required by the procedure.
