"New opportunities for economic activity in the PMU JSC"

The project proposal "New opportunities for economic activity in the PMU JSC" with candidate PMU JSC aims to create sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive people. For the needs of the project proposal will be appointed 20 people from the following target groups - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. and long-term unemployed and inactive persons. This objective will be achieved through a combination of appropriate training, financed by the Beneficiary, including in the workplace, as well as purchase of equipment necessary for the created workplaces. The project focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. It is intended to be implemented gradually the following activities: 1. Activities for the organization and management of the project. 2. Recruitment and hiring of 20 persons of the target group for inclusion in the project activities. 3. Purchase of equipment related to jobs created. 4. Activities for information and publicity. Creating a favorable environment for training including in the workplace, will motivate the selected people of the target group for their removal from the inactive position in the labor market. The project proposal creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development of the organization based on improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment. The duration of the project proposal is 14 months. The budget of the grant amounting to 305 341.60 BGN. The applicant is responsible for the proper implementation of activities, but also for the proper spending of expenditure in the budget and in line with national and European legislation.
