Creating conditions for sustainable employment in "AVESTA TRADE" AD

In 2016, "AVESTA TRADE" AD will open a new fitness center, whose operation requires hiring of additional staff. In the implementation of its strategic business objectives and in full consonance with the objectives of OPHRD "AVESTA TRADE" AD will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of 20 unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (15 young persons up to the age of 29, with primary or lower educational level or with secondary or higher education completed, job seekers or inactive persons and 5 unemployed or inactive persons aged above 54) for the positions of "Fitness Instructor," "Bartender", "Receptionist", "Supplier" and "Cleaner/hygienist", the provision of employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of these newly employed persons through equipping 20 new job places. After the completion of the implementation of the Project "AVESTA TRADE" AD will take over the commitment to keep 10 jobs for a minimum period of another 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months. The successful realization of the project proposal will carry a whole positive impact on the target group representatives. As a result of the professional experience, which they will receive, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labor market and will be beneficial for their active participation in it. The implementation of the project proposal will lead to the provision of stable employment, raised incomes and economic activity and social integration.
