Creation of new jobs in the "SG Group" Ltd.

“SG Group” is a company, specialized in the design, delivery and the installation of security systems. “SG Group” needs an increase in personnel and new specialized equipment for the newly employed persons. The main obstacle for the completion of the project is the lack of sufficient human resource. The completion of the project will allow: 1.The creation of 10 new workplaces: 1 sales representative, 8 technicians, 1 office manager. 2. Inclusion of a professional education for 8 of the newly employed persons. 3. Creating conditions for normal work environment by providing equipment for the new workplaces. Target group for the project - unemployed and/or inactive people, with at least 50% of them would be protractedly unemployed and inactive; unemployed youths up to the age of 29; Project goals: to secure access to sustainable employment and quality working conditions for 10 persons from the target group for a period of up to 12 m.; to provide professional training for 8 of the newly employed persons; to ensure normal working conditions by providing equipment and by meeting the requirements of safety at work to preserve a min. of at least 5 of the newly created workplaces for a period of at least 1 year after the completion of the project related activities. Expected results: access to quality employment for10 persons from the target group; successfully passing the professional training; provided sustainable employment for a minimum of at least 5 of the newly employed, established quality working conditions; stable income for the employed; increased competitiveness of the company. Project activities: 1. Providing employment for up to 12 months for 10 persons from the target group complied with requirements for safety and health at work; 2.Provision of professional training for 8 of the newly employed persons; 3. Provision of equipment for the newly created workplaces; 4. Visualization; 5. Organization and project management.
