"Successful career with "Patproject" Ltd."

The project proposal "Successful career with Patproject Ltd" is directed towards sustainable integration in the labor market for unemployed and inactive persons, by including them in the working processes "Patproject" Ltd, as well as increasing the capacity and our competitiveness in the context of strategic objectives of OP "HRD". "Patproject" Ltd. has many years of experience in the design of roads, highways and bridges, as well as vertical planning and design of streets, buildings of all kinds and various engineering networks. Many of our employees have been with us since the establishment of the company in 1993, their accumulated over the years is very valuable for the company and to have the possibility under the "New job" for hiring new employees, will hire staff to learn from the experience and knowledge of proven specialists to realize successfully in the labor market. Under this program will be hired ten engineers who will be able to implement and contribute to building a stable, based on knowledge and innovation successful corporate development. This will provide a bridge between temporary and permanent employment of employees, which in the long term would lead to obvious and lasting results of the efforts and return on investment. In today's competitive environment the company faces the challenge to find the means to unlock the potential for creation, maintenance and retention of qualified employees generation. Generation of educated people to fulfill their potential and to apply the knowledge in practice. Vocational and career guidance the target group aims to contribute to increasing their overall competitiveness in the labor market, to increase their adaptability to dynamically changing factors influencing demand and supply of labor and increase their opportunities for sustainable employment.
