Improving access to employment and quality of jobs in "JMC Finance Consult" Ltd.

The company " JMC Finance Consult " Ltd. was established in 2012 with main activity of accounting and auditing activities. Over the past two years, the company diversifies its business as part of its available resources in the field of trade and especially trade coffee, coffee machines and instant drinks . Given that requires the opening of new job positions corresponding to a newly activity of the enterprise. Through the project proposal we will realize Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and job quality" of the Operational Programmer "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. (HRD OP) and also an investment priority 3 "Sustainable integration in the labor market of young people, particularly those who are not engaged in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities, including through implementation of the Youth Guarantee ". The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1 : Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; Activity 2 : Forming a team organization and management ; Activity 3 : Purchase of equipment; Activity 4 : preview and publicity; Our successful development and our good results would have been unthinkable without the investment in improving the working conditions of the working place. We are sure that employment potential is a combination of improved living conditions and optimize work processes . Because of that,\ main objective of the company, associated with this program is to provide employment for a total of 6 (six) people, of which 4 (four) fall within the priority groups up to 29 years including over 54 years.With we will gain growing team with which to keep good name and quality of work.
