ET "Daniela Krasteva - Simoni" is a company with a long successful history in providing high quality travel services for its customers. Over the years, the company confirmed its positive image as a reliable partner and travel agents, which is a further prerequisite for attracting new customers and expanding its market share. In this direction are company's plans, which in turn is associated with increasing the company's employees. All this necessitates the creation of new jobs and hire new employees. This project provides for the opening of 4 new jobs in the following positions: 1. Key Account Manager - 2. 2. Marketing Expert - 1. 3.Translator- 1 pc. It is envisaged that at least 50% of newly hired persons (at least 2 people) to be representatives of a specific category - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. The subject of activity is associated with increased activity on the part of employees and therefore specific group of young people is very good. This project proposal is geared towards carrying out activities creating new jobs and purchasing the necessary equipment for their effective functioning. This will support the development process of the company and will help create conditions for sustainable employment on the one hand and on the other - on the activities of the company as a whole.
