"Creating jobs for the long-term unemployed and inactive persons in purity"

The idea for the creation of new workplaces, which is the main aim of the project, derives from the ever-growing workload at “Sofia Clean Agency” Ltd. The schedule of the employees who are currently working at the Company is tightly planned, therefore the new job openings will allow the Company to expand its capabilities for development and enlarging the customer base. It is foreseen that 26 new job positions will be opened for the target audience of unemployed and inactive people. More than half of them will be from the specific category of continuously unemployed and inactive people. The newly-opened positions for the new employees from the target group will assist the Company in every sphere of its activities. The need for these new workplaces originates from the expanding volume of work at “Sofia Clean Agency” Ltd. The daily execution of the tasks of the new employees will be ensured by the supply of the necessary equipment, together with a training for professional qualification and key competences. The foreseen activities in the project application will influence the competitiveness of the Company in a positive way in the long run. The employees will gain more experience and knowledge, which will give them further development in their career paths.
