New opportunities for work in Arcotrade Ltd.

"ARCOTRADE" LTD is a company, founded in 2006 in Varna. Its sole owner is Hristina Stoyanova Vrangelova. The company was created with main purpose representation on agency principle of the third largest manufacturer of self-adhesive materials in Europe - ARCONVERT SpA, Italy. With the current project proposal, "ARCOTRADE" LTD is applying for opening 8 new jobs. The need of hiring new people is determined by the company's wish to improve its product quality and to expand its product range and territorial scope, which will lead to winning new clients. The company's activity allows hiring people from the procedures specific categories. The new employees will be hired for the project's maximum allowed period of 12 months. The project purpose is creating sustainable work positions for people with difficult realization on the labor market. The achievement of the aforementioned purpose will be contributed by the fact that minimum 50% of the hired people will continue their work in the company for at least 12 months after project's implementation. The sustainable jobs will also be guaranteed by the fact that in "ARCOTRADE" LTD the staff turnover is very low. The required equipment for the new jobs will be purchased. It is planned at least 4 employees to belong to the following specific categories mentioned in 3.1.7. of the procedures guidelines - unemployed people up to 29 years old and long-term unemployed people.
