Find the new jobs at "Buletera" Ltd.

The project proposal "Find the new jobs at "Buletera" Ltd." responds the national policy to promote employment for vulnerable groups in the labor market, by opening new jobs for the following specific categories of the target group: Prolonged unemployed and inactive persons; Unemployed persons aged '54 .; Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. The main objective of the project proposal focuses on increasing economic activity and market integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market by providing incentives for employers to create new jobs. And define the following specific objectives: • Promoting employment for the unemployed and inactive persons, by providing 15 new jobs at "Buletera" Ltd. • Increasing the competitiveness of newly hired employees by involving them in training Basic activities: 1. Perform selection and employment 2. Organizing and conducting training for new recruits 3. Delivery of tangible fixed assets for new jobs 4. Organization and management, promotion and reporting of project activities The project will provide 15 unemployed, the target group for the region of Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, access to employment and training, adequate demand for business on the one hand, on the other - in support of the employer "Buletera" Ltd. to open up new job places and the opportunity to invest in updating the knowledge and skills of their newly hired staff. The project implementation will contribute to meet the needs of the target group by: - Earning income and receipt of benefits from there and improve their general well-being; - Ensuring their full participation in society and decent work; - Increased opportunities for lifelong learning in the workplace and the opportunity for professional development; - Increase the adaptability and competitiveness.
