New jobs in "VNG Group" ltd

The main objective of this project is to ensure creation of new jobs, following implementation of new firm commercial strategy in VNG Group ltd. The new commercial strategy will be directed to satisfying the varied needs of our customers. Specific project objectives are, as follows: 1. 12 unemployed or inactive at labor market people, who will meet the target group requirements, to be identified and included in the project, 2. 12 new job places to be equipped, 3. 6 sustainable jobs to be created after completion of the subsidized employment, through selection of the best performed and taken part in project people. All of the objectives, mentioned above will be achieved by executing the following project activities: 1.Hiring 12 unemployed or inactive at the labor market people for 12 months to different positions. 2.Purchasing equipment, furniture and stock related to the creation of 12 new jobs. 3.Organization and management 4.Publicity and visualization Immediate project results: 12 people hired to positions, as follows: 1.One Car cargo driver, older than 54 years, 2.One Cleaner/Hygienist, older than 54 years, 3.Three Office managers, aged from 30 to 54 years, 4.One Distributor, aged from 30 to 54 years, 5.One Interior designer, up to 29 years of age, 6.Four Fitters, including one of them, up to 29 years of age, one of them, older than 54 years and two of them, aged from 30 to 54 years, 7.One Gardener, up to 29 years of age. Sustainability, as a result of project realization: At least six out of twelve people from the target group to retain their jobs for additional 12 months, after completion of the subsidized employment. Under the requirements of Government decree № 160/2016, purchase of equipment, furniture and stock, related to the creation of new jobs. Publicize the fact, the current project activities are executed with the aid of EU, under the requirements of the Guidance for Publicity and Visualization.
