Sustainable jobs in the fields of communications, innovative technologies and e-commerce

The Project Proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the field of of communication services and trade, e-commerce and innovative technologies.Through the provided incentives under the procedure "New Workplace 2015" HRD OP, the applicant will provide better employment opportunities for the unemployed and/or inactive persons in Northwestern Bulgaria, will provision of training on key competence "Digital competence"and modernly equipped jobs. It is planned to be opened new jobs for the 8 unemployed/inactive persons for inclusion in quality employment, such persons will form part of the following specific categories of the labor market: -Unemployed young people under 29 years of age; -Inactive persons in the labor market. The project addresses the intentions of initiatives in the context scheduling objectives and priorities of the HRD OP , the 2014 -2020 The main goal of the Project Proposal is aimed at providing sustainable employment, provision of income, reduction and prevention of unemployment, social exclusion and improving the adaptability of individuals falling at risk in the labor market, employment will be provided for 8 persons for a period of 12 months and maintain the employment for a period of 12 months of at least 50% of them. Activities that will be implemented in the design initiative to achieve planned results are: 1.Organization and project management; 2.Visualization, information and publicity; 3.Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons and provision of employment; 4.Purchase of equipment for the new jobs; 5.Provision of training in key competence "Digital Competence"; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and prevent any discrimination against different groups of people fall into risk groups in the labor market to improve access to employment, the provision of quality employment,reducing social exclusion and combating povert.The Project will increase the competitiveness of unemployed/inactive people.
