Creation of new jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons "Si 5 Trade" Ltd.

"Si 5 Trade" Ltd. e company registered with KID: 46.74 - Trade wholesale hardware and valves. Until now the company has performed primarily commercial transactions as currently planned launch of own production. Develop and expand its business, the company directs its efforts towards the closing of his business cycle - starts production, expanding the range of products offered, placed both existing markets and in the meantime engross and new markets, attract new customers. The company aims to launch in the production of welded wire mesh and preparations which are used in the construction of roads, highways, etc. All this necessitates the creation of new jobs and hiring new employees - 30 jobs. divided into three brigades, each brigade will have the following officers: 1. Production Coordinator - 1 pc. 2. Machine operator metalworking machinery - 6. 3. Machine operator Lathe - 1 pc. Outside people who will be appointed at the 3 teams (24 people total) provides for the appointment of another 6 new employees of the following 4 items: 1. Production Coordinator (machine tools) - 1 pc. 2. Forklifter - 2. 3. Crane Operator - 2. 4. Key Client Manager - 1 pc. It is envisaged that at least 50% of newly hired persons (at least 15 people) to representatives of the two specific categories of vulnerable groups - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. (5 persons) and unemployed people over 54 years (10 people). This project proposal is geared towards carrying out activities creating new jobs and purchasing the necessary equipment for their effective functioning. This will support the development process of the company and will help create conditions for sustainable employment on the one hand and on the other - on the activities of the company as a whole.
