New working places in "PRO PAC" Ltd

The overall project objective is to improve the job prospects of unemployed and inactive youth people,through the creating in a sustainable place in the fields of accounting services,financial accounting and tax analyzes.Target group of this project are unemployed persons registered in the Labor Office and inactive persons motivated to develop professionally in the field of accounting services,financial accounting analysis and tax consulting,completed requirements on the employer for exact position.In framework to project will be hired 10 unemployed and inactive persons.All nine persons involved in the project will be of specific categories of "unemployed young people up to 29 years"and"unemployed and/or inactive people aged over 30 years".The implementation of the project goal will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities:Activity 1.Organization and management;Activity 2.Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive for a period of 12 months in "Pro Pack"LTD;Activity 3.Professional training of the profession employed by the project;4.Purchase of equipment,furniture and fixtures and fittings related to the creation of new jobs;5.Activity Promotion Project. Expected project results are: -Conducted 17 workshops -Revealed ten new jobs in the "Pro Pack"LTD:"Expert,labor and wage"-3pcs."Accountant"-3pcs."Economist finances"-3pcs.and"Office Assistant"-1pc. -Signed contracts for 12 months with 10 representative of the target group -Create sustainable jobs,5 of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project -Professionally trained ten new recruits to the '29 age and over 30 -Received total 10pcs.vocational training certificates -Purchased and delivered equipment for new jobs -Publicity provided by the distribution of the three publications on the website of"Pro Pac"LTD -Constructed and installed an information board outside the office project-1pc. -52pcs.stickers reflecting the EU financial assistance to put on equipment purchases.
