Creation of new jobs in Top Men Ltd.

The implementation of the project will enable Top Men Ltd. company, which operates in the city of Rousse, to provide qualified personnel to carry out its activity - production of men's clothes. Because the company plans to produce new products - sports jackets, vests and coats as well as to meet increased customer demand, it needs an additional personnel and equipment for the newly created jobs. The overall objective of the project is to improve the access to employment and the quality of jobs for unemployed and/or inactive people. The specific objective of the project is to create 40 sustainable jobs for tailors in Top Men Ltd. The objectives of the project fully correspond to the objectives and priorities for higher and better employment set in "Development of Human Resources" Operational Programme. The project intends to select and hire 40 unemployed and/or inactive people, 22 of which will be unemployed young persons aged up to 29 years old. In addition, equipment will be purchased for the need of the newly created jobs and an occupational medicine for safe and healthy working conditions will be provided to the new employees. The representatives of the target group mentioned above will be employed in the company for a period up to 12 months during the project and after its completion at least 21 jobs will be maintained for a minimum of 1 year. The objectives and activities of the project will contribute to solve the identified needs and problems of the unemployed and/or inactive persons involved in the project through providing them employment, an opportunity for social and labor realization and prevention against the risk of falling into disadvantaged position of poverty and social exclusion. The improved human and technical resources of the company will contribute to both improvement of its productivity and competitiveness and increase of its capacity to create and maintain jobs for representatives of vulnerable groups in the future as well.
