Providing employment for fourteen unemployed and/or inactive people

"AVO-Bell» is a specialized language and examination center established in 1990 as "AVO-3 School of English". The company began its development as a school for teaching English to children, but over the years, gradually, diligently and purposefully was expanding and today, 25 years after its establishment, "AVO-Bell" is an established educational institution with the following achievements: 1. It offers a full range of English courses for all ages and levels of proficiency. 2. Organize and conduct examinations for obtaining prestigious, internationally recognized language certificates of the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. 3. Conducts courses and examinations for obtaining internationally valid documents for teaching competence in English - CELTA and DELTA. As a result of the growth of its business, organization needs to hire additional staff. Taking advantage of this procedure, the company will employ fourteen new employees. At least half of them will be representatives of one of the specific categories: unemployed youths aged up to 29 years; unemployed persons above 54 years of age; longterm unemployed or inactive persons; unemployed or inactive disabled persons. To supply the necessary equipment for the new job positions within the project will be bought office equipment and furniture. As a result of the project execution: - Fourteen unemployed and/or inactive persons will be employed for 12 months. For at least half of them will be provided employment for at least another 12 months; - At least seven of the project participants will be representative of the specific categories.
