New chance for unemployed people

The lack of professional experience and skills creates difficulties such as finding the first workplace and transition between different kinds of employment. This leads to high unemployment rate as a result of discrepancy between people’s qualifications and skills needed for the available vacancies. Our project is developed in order to resolve these problems. The eligible activities within the procedure “NEW WORK PLACE” will help us give a new chance for work, further education and development to people left without one for one reason or another. Our aim is not only to secure their employment, but actually to improve their skills and qualifications in order to become more successful in the future. “Venice 08” Ltd. is engaged in import and sales of used cars. It is situated in Dragichevo and Dupnitsa. The company needs manpower in order to develop its business. This will enable ten unemployed persons to participate in the project. Four of them should be aged up to twenty nine years old, five – between thirty five and forty years old and one person over fifty four years old. The selection of target groups will be done in cooperation with the Labor Office in Pernik. After identifying the people they will be included in employment and training. We will provide them the necessary equipment and furnishing according to the new vacant positions. All ten people will be employed for twelve months and after that period some of them will keep their job. This project proposal is giving the opportunity for a higher standard of living for unemployed people through employment, skills acquisition and improvement of their potential.
