Sustainable jobs in Gopet Trans Ltd.

The overall project objective is to promote integration and easier adaptation to the labor market of 10 unemployed persons from which at least 50% will be from the vulnerable groups of unemployed persons - those under 29 years, by including them in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment in the company of at least 50%. The specific objectives of the project proposal are the following: - To create suitable working conditions and prerequisites for easy work adaptation through purchase of clothing and equipment for 10 people in order to perform their functions; To reduce social exclusion and to provide opportunity for professional and personal development in a modern fast-growing company; - To take into account the attitudes, expectations and opinions of the unemployed in order to achieve added value and involvement in the process. Project activities include: - Activities related to organization and management; - Recruitment of the target group - 10 unemployed persons from which at least 50% will be from the vulnerable groups of unemployed persons - those under 29 years; - Selection procedures for a contractor/supplier and delivery of equipment and clothing for new jobs; - Ensuring employment for a period up to 12 months; - Information and Publicity of the project. As a result, 10 representatives of the target group will be included in subsidized employment for 12 months, will be equipped workplaces for them and at least 50% will be possible to sustainable employment after completion of the project.
