Creation of new sustainable working places for unemployed and inactive persons at "KPD TELEKOM" EOOD

The overall objective of the project is an establishment of 16 new working places for unemployed and/or inactive persons with a focus on integration of the vulnerable groups at the labour market and ensuring sustainability of the new working places through equipment and implementation of training on key competencies. The project's specific objectives comprise employment of 16 unemployed and/or inactive at the labour market persons, including persons belonging to vulnerable groups at the labour market, on the new working places (secured by the necessary equipment and key competence trainings), designed in compliance with all requirements for health and safety conditions for work. The project's target group comprises unemployed and/or inactive at the labour market persons and minimum half of them (50%), or a minimum of 8 persons will belong to the following specific categories: Long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The main activities comprise selection and employing for a period of 12 months of sixteen representatives of the target group, allocated in the structure of KPD Telecom Ltd, according to their responsibilities as follows - 5 persons in Unit "Business" and 11 persons in "Technical Unit”; provision of training to the newly employed persons on Key competences according to the requirements for the certain positions, as well as purchasing of equipment, furniture and other fixtures and fittings, related to the functioning of the newly established working places. As a result of the project 16 unemployed and /or inactive and the labour market persons will take the provided with equipment newly established sustainable working places in a stable company and will acquire the necessary related key competences.
