Appointment and promotion of long-term employment for the unemployed and inactive persons in the Hospital "SVETI LAZAR"

The project proposal was developed in response to the lack of good practices and results in recruitment of unemployed persons in the field of hospital services. The project impact on all persons of working age and with appropriate qualifications in Sofia. The proposal, which makes the company the labor market, creates prerequisites for opportunities to improve the quality of life through the implementation and enforcement of measures and modern standards of quality and safety. The project will contribute to improving confidence in the institutions and will be a demonstration of the possibilities and the positive aspects of the Bulgarian membership in the EU and using the Structural Funds. Also a project aimed in the direction of support of society is a guarantee for the development of practice in recruitment of unemployed persons and will serve as a model of good practice for other employers in the field of hospital services. The activities set for execution could be repeated and in the realization of similar projects. The project also contributes to the development of the sector and social cooperation to overcome the problems of unemployment of people with qualifications but without a job. The project allows for the development of the company through targeted social policy and quality assurance in the activity of investing in human resource development and employment promotion.
