The project "New work places and sustainable employment in GOLDEN COMMUNICATIONS LTD " aims: "To create the conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of unemployed and/or inactive persons in the field of trade". Specific objectives of the project: 1. To create new work places for the unemployed and inactive persons and/or young people up to 29 years for work on professions and positions in company GOLDEN COMMUNICATIONS LTD. 2. To ensure a sustainable and long term employment of new hired employees. 3. The Acquisition of knowledge, skills and experience of the new hired persons and young people up to age 29, during the employment of effective professional development in the field of commercial mediation with tools These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1: Organisation, management and control of project activities; Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities; Activity 3: Provision of equipment for new work places at Golden COMMUNICATIONS LTD.; Activity 4: Conducting selection and choice of unemployed/inactive persons to work at Golden COMMUNICATIONS LTD.; Activity 5: Provide employment for the unemployed/inactive persons in Golden COMMUNICATIONS LTD.; Through the realization of these activities will achieve the following results: * for 3 unemployed/inactive persons (two of them youhts up to 29 years) employment will be provided (min 1 year) at Golden COMMUNICATIONS LTD, the following pozitions: - 1 Expert Marketing - 1 Expert Sales - 1 Driver * the equipment will be provided for the provision of three new work places and effective running of the labour process * at least 2 of the newly created work places will be safed after the end of the project The project will focus on occupational integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market: the long-term unemployed and/or inactive persons and unemployed youths to 29.
