Better opportunities through creating new workplaces at Feeriya - 98 Ltd.

The presented project of Feeriya-98 Ltd. aims to improve access to the labour market of unemployed or inactive people, including those from vulnerable groups, and to create sustainable workplaces at the company. This will be achieved hiring 6 unemployed or inactive people, including youngsters aged up to 29 years and people over age 54, as a service workers - industrial production - 4 persons and 2 persons unarmed guards. For the newly created workplaces in the economic sector of production and distribution of cosmetic products, will be purchased labeling machine for self-adhesive labels on products, which will be served by three recruits and will provide the newly hired employees with opportunity to successfully implement their work. For ensuring information and promotion of the project and the financial support from ESF and OP "Human Resources Development", informational materials will be distributed. Information about the prohect and the financial support form ESF and OP "Human Resources Development" will also be published on the website of Feeriya-98 Ltd. This project contributes to creating conditions for permanent employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The project is aimed at the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The project implementation will contribute to the realization of the fundamental set of challenges in OPHRD, namely higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion, the modernization of public policies through networking and partnerships with business skills and the possibility of lifelong learning and improving the adaptability of employees and the quality of jobs.
