IMPROVING ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT IN ECOTECHPRODUCTS ltd

ECOTECPRODUCTS EOOD is an engineering company with main activities in the field of sustainable use of resourses. The company has extensive experience in the presentation of industrial equipment and implementation of energy-efficiant systems . The Company performs the whole cycle of activities in the field of thermal energy technologies in all sectors of households and industry. The company is accredited to carry out certification of buildings and energy efficiency audits. With proposed project, the company will create six new jobs for sustainable integration in the labor market and in particular in the most vulnerable groups in the labor market: young people who are not engaged in work activities, education or training – young unemployed people up to 29 years, long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The project will provide permanent employment for the following specific categories: 1 unemployed youngster aged '29 and 5 long-term unemployed and inactive persons. Providing financial resources for salaries will create conditions for forming stable employment and meeting the needs of those persons. It should solve their basic problems associated with lack of employment opportunities; social isolation; inability to professional realization; rationalization of everyday life through getting powers and responsibilities respectively. The high performance equipment to be purchased under the project will ensure the creation of new jobs for the target group, which will improve the working environment of the company and will provide employment for persons from the target group. The company experience and the implementation of project activities will allow to achieve the main project goal – creation of new jobs for the target group, and will help ensure the sustainability of the project results and their future multiplication, which will allow revenue growth from the operating activities and continuing the policy of social and labor integration of people at risk.
