Providing sustainable employment in the trade with fasteners

The company "MG-Expert" Ltd. was established in 2006, since then, it develops business in trade with ironware materials, paints and glass. Due to the growing volume of orders, the entity needs to appoint four persons who will occupy positions dealer goods - two persons and agent trade- two persons. Carrying out its activity, the company organizes its supplies throughout the country. It has established trade relations with representatives of the industry not only in the municipality of Vratsa, but also Pleven, Vidin, Montana, Kozloduy. Dynamically developing market and those established trade relations impose an increase of employed persons to serve all orders. In order to develop the business and realized its revenues there is need to look for new customers, increasing the occupied market share, the accepted orders have to be effectively and promptly served. That is why the firm needs people to develop and expand commercial parts. The main activities included in the proposal are: 1. Organization and Management; 2. Conduct of the procedure for the selection of the target group; 3. Preparation and implementation of procedures for selection of contractors; 4. Purchase of equipment for new jobs; 5. Providing sustainable employment for persons in positions "dealers goods" and "Sales Agent; 6. Information and publicity. "MG-Expert" Ltd. aims to provide sustainable jobs for four persons - unemployed up to 29 and inactive. The project duration is 15 months and it will be implemented in the city of Vratsa.
