Sustainable employment for quality jobs in the "Fox" Ltd.

Candidate with this project proposal is "Fox" Ltd - a company operates in area of production and trade with frameworks, glasses, lenses and services for vision testing and measure visual acuity. By participating in this proceeding the company wants to assist its development, through the implementation of measures to improve access to employment and quality jobs by encouraging the active involvement of the furthest from the labor market - economically inactive young people, long-term unemployed. To provide sustainable employment for persons targeted applicant has provided detection of 14 new jobs and purchasing necessary for qualitative securing tangible and intangible work-related to the obligations of the recruits. Made before, the project will be a direct investment in the quality human capital aimed at ensuring the right to work and realization of people from the target group. With the project applicant will contribute to solving identified in the employment problems associated with the high level of unemployment (9.9% according to the latest data of NSI) and to reduce the high proportion of persons who are not included in any forms employment. Fighting with unemployment among vulnerable groups in the labor market and achieve higher employment among them is a key priority of the National Reform Programme 2012-2020 and in this sense and to this project. Successful implementation of the project requires realistic planning of the whole process and balanced distribution of activities at the time of its execution. The activities and their temporal range are linked to underlying project objectives and necessary for their implementation, ensuring the expected results. The project activities provides its competent management, purchase of equipment for securing new work places, implementation of publicity measures, detection of 14 new work places and provide employment for the unemployed and inactive.
