Opening of new working places at Plejades Bulgaria Ltd.

With the project proposal "Opening of new working places at Plejades Bulgaria Ltd." conditions for sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in the field of consultancy and design will be created.Through the project realization will be achieved a sustainable employment, which will lead to improvement of the quality of activities in the company and will improve its competitiveness. With the implementation of the project will be provided employment for six jobs Management Consultant, Financial consultant, technician Construction and architecture, HVAC engineer, architect and engineer, designer on part "Electro". This activity provides the selection for inclusion in the project of six unemployed and inactive persons aged between 30 and 54, over 54, and the unemployed and inactive young people up to 29 years. Interviews will be conducted after a preselection according to the requirements of the job description. For the approved persons of permissible target group will be provided employment under an employment contract for a period of 12 months, after completion of the project at least 50% of the employees will retain for a minimum of 12 months. Labor and social security relations of employees hired within the project will be settled under the conditions of the Bulgarian labor and social security legislation.This project will create conditions for effective implementation and motivation of employees by providing trainings in foreign language English.The persons will be involved in training for the key competence after a test for determination of the level.The training will be completed with the appropriate document certifying the acquired knowledge and skills.In order to provide a qualitative and professional performance oftheir duties, the new jobs for employees under the project will be equipped with suitable equipment.Activities for information and publicity about the implementation of the project and received from EU funds support are provided.
