New Sustainable Jobs at "411 Marketing" EOOD

The project proposals aims to create 25 new sustainable jobs, to purchase the equipment needed for the work processes for these new jobs, employ unemployed and/or inactive people representatives of the target groups on the new jobs and provide training relevant to each job. This is going to support the sustainable development of the company, ensure better quality of the software services provided and better overall competitiveness. Main project activities are: Activity 1: Employment of 25 unemployed and/or inactive people for a period of 12 months; Activity 2: Provision of vocational training of the newly employed; Activity 3: Purchase of equipment related to the new jobs; Activity 4: Project organization and management; Activity 5: Information and publicity. With the implementation of the project “411 Marketing” EOOD is going to create 25 sustainable jobs for unemployed and/or inactive young people (not older than 29 years) who are going to join the team of the company and support it in the period of expansion and establishment of the services of the company on the international market. The expected results are going to contribute to the achievement of the project indicators. The target group are unemployed and/or inactive people. The total number of the representatives of the target group who will be included in the project is 25. 100% of the target group are going to come from the following specific category: unemployed young people (not older than 29 years) – 25 people. The project supports the achievement of the specific objectives of investment priority 3, specific objective 1 and 3 by providing opportunities for training and employment of 25 young people under 29 years. The project supports the provision of a higher quality employment, reduction of poverty and promotion of social inclusion, development of skills and opportunities of life-long learning, as well as the improvement of the adaptability of the employed and the quality of jobs.
