"Providing sustainable employment in "Restaurants Italy" Ltd."

The project proposal of "Restaurants Italy" Ltd. aims to provide sustainable workplaces for unemployed or inactive people, which will contribute to the implementation of many short- and longterm goals in strategic documents of the Republic of Bulgaria that are dealing with unemployment at national level. In the project proposal are set activities that fully match the goals of the call for project proposals with several application deadlines BG05M9OP001-1.003 "New workplace 2015". This project proposal aims opening 11 new workplaces in "Restaurants Italy" Ltd. The target group of the project is 11 unemployed or inactive people, including at least 50% of a specific category of unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years. In connection with the implementation of the project will be created 11 new workplaces, as follows: 5 persons on a position waiter, 2 persons in office logistics specialist, a specialist in quality, a consultant in nutrition, a human resoures expert and a marketing expert. The project will include purchasing equipment and furniture needed for the new workplaces that will create conditions for high quality performance of their daily duties. People will be appointed for 12 months on employment contracts, and after the subsidized employment at least 50% (i.e. at least 6) of the new workplaces will be maintained for another 12 months. In order to increase the result of the fulfillment of the purpose of the project proposal, newly hired people will undergo training on core competence, as follows: "Communication in foreign languages"; "Digital competence". These trainings will prepare better professional and individual competencies in the employees and will position them more reliablly and sustainablly at the labor market.
