In accordance with the project purpose, namely to ensure access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, the company will carry out the following activities: 1.Naemane unemployed and inactive for a period of 12 months. 2.Predostavyane vocational training project already employed persons to acquire II qualification and profession of III degree. 3.Predostavyane training already employed under the project by: Key competence 2 "Correspondence language" four key competence "Digital competence". 4.Zakupuvane of equipment related to the creation of new jobs. 5.Informirane and publicity. 6.Organizatsiya and project management. The methods and stages for implementation of the activities, results, justification of the need to purchase equipment are described in the Plan of activities. The activities that will be implemented to achieve the planned results will be achieved through a combination of measures for support of employment of job seekers and inactive people, by providing newly hired persons to appropriate training, including in the workplace. In the training programs will be set and modules of measures aimed at improving knowledge and skills in line with the latest trends in the field of environmental protection. Expected results from implementation of the activities will contribute to the achievement of the planned project indicators-will recruit 6 unemployed or inactive persons and they will be employed within 12 months. Then the same persons will be trained in vocational training and key kompetentsii.Sled completion of the 12 month period of a minimum of three persons will be provided employment for at least another 12 months.
