The main objective of the project: Disclosure of 8 new jobs for employment of unemployed and inactive persons. Specific objectives: 1. Provision of technical equipment and clothing of new jobs; 2. Hire on employment contract for up to 12 months to eight inactive and unemployed persons, including youth up to 29 years with the possibility of subsequent employment. Problems that will be solved: insufficient opportunities for sustainable jobs for the unemployed or inactive persons; limiting the prerequisites for the growth of poverty and social exclusion, especially of vulnerable groups in the labor market; need incentives to employers for a combination of measures to equip new jobs and employment of unemployed persons, including under the age of '29 or over 54, low-educated, long-term unemployed or inactive. Basic activities: 1. Recruitment of 8 unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; 2. Purchase of clothing, equipment and furniture associated with the creation of eight new jobs in the company SIENA PLAST. And Activities visualization and publicity activities for organization and management of the project. Expected key results: new and equipped 8 jobs; Provide sustainable employment for 8 inactive or unemployed, with priority of specific categories, including youths under 29. Expected specific outcomes: provide income, social and labor integration of 8 unemployed and inactive persons, including vulnerable groups in the market; increased production capacity and formed an labor potential of the company SIENA PLAST. Sustainability of the results after the project: - Maintaining a minimum of 4 jobs for 12 months after completion of the project activities. - 4 unemployed and inactive participants who upon leaving a job. Financial assistance sought by the project - total 136 600 lev.
