Creation of new jobs and improvement of working conditions in Cima-99 Ltd.

Cima - 99 Ltd. is a modern manufacturing company, founded in 1999 in the town of Rakovski with main activity: production of jams and confectionery fillings. The company's products are more than 80 different items, as most of them are exported to overseas countries such as the US, Israel, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary , Romania and others. Following the strategy to expand its commercial activity in the domestic and international markets, the company plans to implement this project, which includes the following activities: 1. Hire 18 unemployed and/or inactive people for a period of 12 months (positions: expert trading - 6 people; sales representative - 6 people; expert, foreign trade - 2 people; expert, marketing - 2 people and accountant - 2 people ). 2. Purchase of new technological equipment and trucks required for the creation of some of the planned jobs. 3. Preview of the project. 4. Organization and project management. The company provides that a minimum of 50 % of the newly recruited under the project (or 9 people) will belong to a specific category : unemployed young people up to 29 years inclusive. After completion of all project activities Cima-99 Ltd will preserve the jobs for a minimum of 12 months at least 50% of employees under the project, which will ensure sustainable employment for these persons as required under the procedure.
