New jobs in HELT SPORT LTD

The main objective of the project New jobs in HELT SPORT LTD is to create and achieve sustainability for the new jobs for unemployed and inactive persons, by combining the provision of appropriate workplace training and creating the right conditions for working through supply of equipment for the new jobs. The project objective will be achieved by implementing the following main activities: 1.Organization, management and reporting of project activities, including information and publicity 2. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for 12 months in HELT SPORT LTD 3. Providing training to six already employed under the project on key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" English language 4. Purchase of equipment and furniture related to the creation of new jobs. Implementation of the activities will achieve the following key results: 1. Operation and coordination in the implementation of all project activities; 2. Identification and selection of unemployed and / or inactive - 15 unemployed and / or inactive persons on the territory of South-Western region Sofia-city, 50% of which specific category of persons - young people up to 29 years, unemployed over 54, long-term unemployed and inactive persons. Appointment of the selected 15 persons on labour contracts. Save the workplace of at least 50% (8 workplaces) of the employees under the project for at least 12 more months. 3. Trained 6 persons on key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" English language 4. Increased the number and quality of HELT SPORT LTD services and created favorable conditions for long-term engagement and need of the new jobs through the purchase of equipment.
