Professional career through training and creating new workplaces in "Mate Bulgaria" LTD.

The presented project of Mate Bulgaria Ltd. aims to improve access to the labour market of unemployed or inactive people, including those from vulnerable groups, and to create sustainable workplaces at the company. This will be achieved hiring 6 unemployed or inactive people, including youngsters aged up to 29 years, as 3 marketing experts, 2 PR experts, and 1 operational accountant. All of the newly hired staff will attend training in Key Competence 2 – Training in Foreign Languages and will receive certificates for using English as a foreign language. Some of them will attend training in Key Competence 4 – Training in Digital Competences and will receive certificates for successful completion of training. For creating opportunities for the newly hired employees to successfully implement their work tasks in the area of graphic design, marketing and advertisement will be purchased computer equipment (laptops) with operational programmes included, multifunctional colour printing, scanning coping system, desk systems and office chairs. The project will provide safe and healthy working conditions for the newly hired employees and promote lifelong learning to integrate unemployed and inactive persons in the labour market. For ensuring information and promotion of the project and the financial support from the ESF and OP “Human Resources Development”, information materials will be distributed and information about the project will be published on the website of the company. For the successful implementation of the project, a project management team will be formed that will ensure achievement of the objectives, smooth implementation of the activities and transparent and effective spending of the grant, according to the rules of the Programme. The project will contribute to the realization of the main challenges in OPHRD for higher quality and employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion.
