Sustainable employment for a secure future

Project "Sustainable employment for a secure future" has the overall objective to create 8 new sustainable jobs in "Sortero" Ltd. for people of vulnerable groups. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. To recruit among the target group and to employ 8 unemployed and/or inactive people to work in the company. 2. To create a quality working environment by equipping and furnishing of new work places. 3. To integrate eight members of vulnerable groups in the working environment of the company and to create conditions for their full role in the labor market. The project will last 15 months and will be managed by a team of experts, consisting of Project Manager, Coordinator and Accountant. Target group of the project are 8 unemployed/inactive persons, including 4 unemployed/ inactive people under 29 years and 4 unemployed / inactive persons aged over 30 years. The activities to be implemented under the project are: 1. Organization and project management. 2. Recruitment and hiring in "Sortero" Ltd. 8 unemployed / inactive for a period of 12 months. 3. Equipment of new work places and delivery of work clothes. 4. Information and publicity. The project will be implemented on the territory of Sofia and is worth 79 110.06 levs.
