The company was founded in 2012 and currently operates sales and service centers in Sofia and Varna. The company plans to open in 2016 in Tsaratsovo, region Plovdiv new center. The complex is 11,000 m2 (2325 m2 built area with mechanical workshop for various repairs and service point for GTP). There is a need for recruiting staff for the newly established center. The project envisages provision of employment and sustainable inclusion in the labor market 20 unempoloyed persons – young people up to 29 y., persons between 30 and 54, and persons over 54, with which to be concluded contracts for 12 months. subsidized employment, and after this period, no less than 10 of them following an internal selection process will conclude contracts for at least another 12 months. At least 50% of the target group will be made up of at least one of the specific categories - Unemployed with a low level of education; Long-term unemployed and inactive; Unemployed or inactive with disabilities; Unemployed over 54 y.; Unemployed youth up to 29 y. Persons with satisfactory performance will have the opportunity to conclude a permanent contract. For newly created jobs protective workwear will be purchased, PPE and equipment. The project and its objectives correspond fully with the EU policy to increase investment in human capital as a direct line with the objectives of the NSRF to develop human capital to ensure higher employment, higher income and social integration. With the project completion it will contribute to the sustainable development of the company's operations and expand its market position, which will help to achieve Nat. sectoral policies for SME development. The company's ability to invest in human capital and create new jobs will contribute to increasing the productivity of employees and development of economic activity, leading to sustainable economic results.
