”New opportunities for a successful career in "FOHEL" Ltd."

The project proposal ”New opportunities for a successful career in "FOHEL" Ltd. " with candidate " FOHEL" Ltd aims to create sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people. For the needs of the project proposal will be appointed 8 people of the following target groups: long-term unemployed and unemployed persons aged over 54 years. This objective will be achieved through a combination of appropriate training, including in the workplace, as well as purchase of equipment necessary for recruits and jobs. The project focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. It is intended to be implemented gradually the following activities: 1. Activities for the organization and management of the project. 2. Recruitment and hiring of 8 people of the target group for inclusion in the project activities. 3. Provision of training to already employed under the project on key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework by: 2-nd key competence “foreign languages” and 4-th key competence "Digital competence". 4. Purchasing of equipment related to jobs created. 5. Activities for information and publicity. Creating a favorable environment for training including in the workplace will motivate the selected people of the target group for their removal from the inactive position in the labor market. The project proposal creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development of the organization based on improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment. The duration of the project proposal is 14 months. The budget of the GRANT amounting to 112 857.32 BGN. The applicant is responsible for the proper implementation of activities, but also for the proper spending of expenditure in the budget and in line with national and European legislation.
