"Creating new jobs in "Midalidare Estate EOOD"

Project proposal "Creating new jobs in "Midalidare Estate EOOD" is an initiative that aims to create new jobs in the business field of "Midalidare Estate EOOD" (Ltd), throughout the financial support of the "Development of Human Resources" OP. The project's total budget is 390 989.27 BGN. The implementation will take a period of 16 months. The project envisages the creation of 55 new jobs in the company - detailed in Activity 2 of the Implementation Plan. These working positions will allow the company to undertake activities in new area - Specialised construction activities. Purchase of new and modern equipment for the work places is essential for the implementation. The project also includes activities that facilitate its administration and accounting, which will be delegated to a Management team, and also - activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to the set procedure priorities and to its specific objectives, namely - sustainable integration in the labor market of young people under 30 y.o. (7 people) and those who are permanently ignored from it, and the target group will be comprehensive, involving low-educated , long inactive or unemployed and other marginalized social groups. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to reduce unemployment among the target group and will allow their future development. The project creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development on the basis of improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment.
