TRAINING AND NEW WORKPLACES IN KEY EXPERTS GROUP

Key Experts Group is a team of PR consultants, marketing experts and visual communications specialists that have executed many successful projects and campaigns in the field of public communications for both corporate and institutional clients. Currently, KEG employs 5 people with full-time employment agreements - 3 PR Experts, 1 Graphic Design Specialist and 1 CEO. The company seeks expansion of the existing team to be able to answer the demands of the clients and their projects that constantly grow in size and scope. The main objective of the project "Training and new workplaces in Key Experts Group” is 6 new full-time employees to be hired: 1 PR Experts, 3 Graphic Design Specialist and 2 EU Projects amp; Programs Associates. The specific objectives of the projects are as follows: 1. Increase of the power to adapt, competences and computer skills of 6 unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29 y. o. through trainings including key competence 4 “Digital Competence” 2. Create and equip 6 new workplaces 3. Ensure sustainable employment of unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29 y. o.  The following key activities will be executed as part of the project: 1. Employment of 6 unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29 y. o. for a period of 12 months 2. On-going professional training covering key competence 4 “Digital Competence” for all the newly employed young people 3. Professional technical equipment to cover the needs of the 6 new opened work places 4. Project organization and management 5. Information and publicity activities The activities planned as part of the project execution will contribute directly to developing existing and acquiring new professional skills of the target group - unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29 y. o. and will guarantee their active integration on the Bulgarian labor market. All activities planned follow the objectives of the existing procedure and support the successful execution of the project.
