Creation of new jobs in MY COURIER BULGARIA LTD

The project purpose is aimed at hiring new employees in "MY COURIER BULGARIA" Ltd and the purchase of specialized software for the new jobs. Realization of which, will ensure the development of human resources, will increase productivity and adaptability of the workforce, will improve effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of the company. The project envisages provision of sustainable employment and integration into the labor market of 32 new employees - unemployed young people aged up to 29 years incl. and long-term unemployed and inactive persons (12 of them will be unemployed young people up to 29 years incl.) that can sign employment contracts for 12 months of subsidized employment. After this period, with no less than 16 of them following an internal selection process will the possibility to sign contracts for at least another 12 months, while persons with satisfactory performance will sign a permanent contract. The positions to be employed are: Analyst efficiency of business, trade representative, courier and administrator. The software will be used entirely for the needs of new staff, which will create conditions to perform their work tasks comfortably. The project and its objectives correspond fully with the EU policy which aims to increase investment in human capital as a direct line with the objectives of the NSRF to develop human capital to ensure higher employment, income and social integration. Where project activities will contribute to the sustainable development of the company and expand its market position. In this regard, the project goals contribute to the achievement of national sectoral policies on SME development. The company's ability to invest in human capital and create new jobs will contribute to increasing the productivity of employees and development of economic activity, leading to sustainable economic results.
