"Creating sustainable jobs and language training for unemployed persons in" Sport trading "LTD"

The main objective of the project is to provide an opportunity for sustainable integration in the labor market of unemployed people and improve their access to employment through creation of new jobs in the field of electronic commerce. To achieve the targets of the project will undertake the following activities: Organization and project management; Purchase of equipment and stock; Selection and recruitment of unemployed persons for a period of 12 months; Conducting training in Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages"; Information and publicity. Expected results: - held 16 workshops and protocols prepared by them; opened six new jobs for the unemployed in "Sport trading" LTD: 1 position "Expert Marketing", 1 position "Web Designer", 1 position "Expert advertising," 1 position "Philologist", 1 position "Legal Assistant", 1 position "Technical Assistant"; Signed contracts for 12 months with 6 representative of the target group; 3 created sustainable jobs that will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; Conducted training on key competence Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - 300 hours, 5 representative of the target group; 5 representative of the target group successfully trained in Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and received a certificate; Purchased and delivered equipment - 2 computer configuration, 2 monitors, 4 laptops, 6 Operating Systems ; 6 antivirus programs; 1 program - monitoring communication; 6 office suite (business); 1 server configuration; 1 Modem / Router; 1 UPS; 1 MFP; 1 multimedia projector; 1 multimedia projector screen; 1 camera for product images; 4 office desks; 4 office chairs; 2 libraries; made a sign outside the office project - 1, 4 media publications, 500 brochures; 49 stickers;1 publication abou the project on the website of "Sport trading" LTD.
