New jobs for a new challenge.

The project complies with the general and specific objectives of a particular grant, and through project stimulates employers to hire unemployed and inactive persons (young people up to 29 years, long-term unemployed and inactive persons and unemployed persons with low education, unemployed over 54) by providing support for investment costs and labor costs associated with creating new jobs for the target group. The implementation of the project proposal e aimed at achieving stated goals: • Employment of some of the most vulnerable groups of unemployed persons; • help unemployed persons to find a suitable job and to acquire knowledge, skills and experience. The project proposal highlights the investment in the acquisition of practical skills, which is a prerequisite for increasing adaptability, productivity and competitiveness of individuals in the target group. In particular, the objectives of the project proposal are part of the drive of the OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020 to encourage employers to retain and enhance the quality of human capital in their firms, hiring new workforce. Implementation of the project by hiring persons in "LB STORY" LTD will contribute to achieving the objectives in the area of ​​intervention. Provided 34 new jobs are a new challenge in the portfolio of the company - developing the activities of restaurants and fast service. Basic activities: Activity 1 Creation of 34 new jobs through sustainable integration in the labor market of young people and hiring of job seekers and inactive people. Activity 2 Purchase of equipment associated with the creation of new jobs. Activity 3 Selection of employees after the completion of project activities. Activity 4 Information and publicity.
