"Providing sustainable jobs for unemployed youths within UAFOO Corp."

UAFOO Corp. is a company with main activities in "Computer programming". In connection with the subject of activity, the staff of the candidate is selected and appointed so that it meets the highest requirements and ever-evolving and dynamic field of the main activity. The need for recruitment of new employees is due to the increasing number of customers and the inability of current personnel to cope with their service, as well as the strategy adopted by the management to expand the activities of the company. With the project company will create 12 new high-quality and sustainable jobs, of which 10 persons are - Unemployed youths up to 29 years and 2 persons are - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency. The selected persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in the company. The company management always appreciate the enthusiasm and skills of young people, as well as in details knows their needs and problems, which is why the target group of this project will cover a group of young people up to 29 years and the group of long-term unemployed and inactive persons. Through the implementation of the project and the appointment of the persons from this group, UAFOO Corp. will help to some extent for their social inclusion and their sustainable integration in the labor market. To ensure the quality of the new positions modern equipment will be purchased correlating with the positions of which the newly hired persons will be appointed to.The candidate expects to achieve long-term effect on the targeted group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities.
