New challenges and opportunity to new workplaces at Prosveta Libri Ltd.

The presented project of Prosveta Libri Ltd. aims to improve access to the labour market of unemployed or inactive people, including those from vulnerable groups, and to create sustainable workplaces at the company. This will be achieved hiring 10 unemployed or inactive people, including youngsters aged up to 29 years and people over age 54, as a public relations expert, 3 marketing experts, artistic arranger, editor, proofreader, information systems administrator, administrator website and archivist. For the newly created workplaces will be purchased computer equiplemts (computer station, monitor, keyboard and mouse) and server storage system to create a digital content, which will provide the newly hired employees with opportunity to successfully implement their work. Health and safety work conditions for the new staff will be created, and life-long learning will be promoted so as to successfully integrate unemployed and/or inactive people on the labour market. For ensuring information and promotion of the project and the financial support from ESF and OPHRD, informational materials will be distributed. Information about the project and the financial support form ESF and OPHRD will also be published on the website of the company. The successful implementation of the project will be guaranteed by well-selected and qualified project management team that will organize the implementation of the activities and will manage the project transparently and efficient spending of funds according to the Programme guidelines. The project contributes to creating conditions for unemployed or inactive people who fall within the priority target groups of the program, to the realization of fundamental set of challenges in OPHRD, namely higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion, the modernization of public policies through networking and partnerships with business skills and improve adaptability of employees and the quality of jobs.
