Creation of sustainable employment for unemployed persons in OMEKA MANAGEMENT Ltd. for successful integration into employment of social groups at risk

The main objective of this project is creating new jobs and securing sustainable employment for unemployed and/or inactive persons for improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprise. The achievement of this objective and expected project results measured by set indicators, is planned by the following activities - creation of 7 new jobs by implementing targeted investment costs for their material and resource availability (Action 2), full-time employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for 12 months (activity 3), management, coordination, monitoring and reporting of the project (activity 1), ensuring publicity and visualization (Action 4). The representatives of the target group for all new jobs in this project are planned from the following specific categories: unemployed and/or long-term unemployed and/or inactive and/or unemployed/inactive persons with disabilities in the following age ranges - 2 people up to 29 years old including and 4 people over 54 years old and 1 person over 30 years old. In the implementation of the project the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development, which are principles of the policies for the company activities in general, are fundamental. The realization of the project meets the needs of the target groups and satisfies the applicant need to increase human resources for improvement of the quality of provided services, respectively the enterprise competitiveness. In order to achieve sustainability of the results after the end of the project OMEKA MANAGEMENT Ltd. also undertakes the commitment to maintain the new jobs for a minimum of 12 months for at least 50% of the employed persons under the project. The expected results of the implementation of this project are related to the integration into employment of unemployed/inactive people from the risk groups, securing sustainable employment, increasing productivity, respectively the competitiveness of the company.
