New job - new opportunities for sustainable employment

The Project idea is aimed at creating new jobs and creating higher and sustainable employment for unemployed people, seeking employment and inactive people on the labor market. "Laminati" LTD is an organization of the labor market, providing good employment opportunities, different forms of employment for various groups of people in the labor market. The company develops business in the field of woodworking services and manufacturing standard and unique furniture. Through the project, the beneficiary will contribute to the active implementation of EU objectives in the field of employment, tackling social exclusion and poverty reduction, as will reveal four new jobs for people falling in different groups in the labor market, including the risk. Main activities envisaged to achieve the planned results are: -Organization and project management -Information and Publicity -Hiring unemployed and/or inactive persons and providing employment -Provision of profesional training; -Selection of external contractors and supply of equipment related to the creation of new jobs The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different groups of people on the labor market, for their inclusion in a quality and sustainable employment and promote social inclusion. Sustainable jobs will be created and quality employment will be provided for 4 individuals, representatives of the target group of unemployed/inactive persons in the following specific categories of the labor market: -Unemployed youths up to age 29; -Inactive persons. The main objective of the Project is to provide employment, income, active inclusion at labor market and sustainable integration of 4 newly hired under the project persons for 12 months and to maintain employment for at least another 12 m. of at least 50% of them.The Project proposal is also aimed at preventing unemployment, social exclusion, poverty and improving the adaptability of individuals at risk on the labor market.
