Employment of long-term unemployed and inactive persons in Bitex Ltd

"Bitex" LTD was founded in 2004 as a trade company. Over the years the company changed its activity in the field of restaurants and entertainment. Currently the company owns restaurant "Incanto" in Burgas. In connection with expanding the company's business and recruiting new restaurant, new jobs are required. For that reason the company decided to apply through this project proposal. The project activities are: 1. Providing employment for people from the target group; 2. Purchasing the required equipment to secure the work of the new employees; 3. Forming project management team; 4. Providing publicity. Through the implementation of the aforementioned activities, the following project purposes will be achieved: - providing employment for people from the procedures target group; - reintegration of long-term unemployed and inactive people on the labor market; - improving the new employees' life standard; - securing the new employees' work, by purchasing the needed equipment - keeping at least 50% of the new jobs Through the implementation of the project activities, the purposes will be achieved. The "Bitex" LTD's management and the project management team will be responsible for the quality implementation of the project activities.
