Creating new jobs and career opportunities for young people

The project is aiming to provide employment for one of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market - unemployed youths up to 29 years of age. The project implementation is in relation to the objectives of the present procedure, aiming to establish conditions for integration into the labor market of young unemployed people and to create opportunities for professional development and sustainable jobs for them. The target group of the project includes only young people up to 29 years old, incl., who are currently not working, yet they are looking for jobs and are ready to start working. The main project activities include: provision of employment for a period of up to 12 months for the persons included in the target group and activities for: information and publicity of the project; organization and management of the project. During the project implementation, 40 persons from the target group will be employed for the defined period of up to 12 months (The labor contracts' duration shall be fixed to 12 months unless the rules of the procedure or of the project do not enforce shortening of that period). The employees will be hired under employment contracts, subject to the requirements of this procedure and the Bulgarian legislation. After completion of the project, minimum 60% of the personnel, employed under the project will be provided further employment for at least another 12 months. During the implementation of the project, the requirements and the measures for visualization and publicity will be observed, with regard to the promotion of the co-financing of the OP, in accordance with the Guidelines of the beneficiary for the implementation of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020. The organization and management of the project includes monitoring, control, timely implementation and reporting of project activities. That's further developed into the assignment of a Project Manager responsible for the coordination of these activities.
