New working places in "KAUCHUK" JSC

Creating sustainable jobs for unemployed and / or inactive in "KAUCHUK" JSC is the main purpose for which we want to participate in the scheme "New Workplace 2015". The project proposal will be aimed at target groups of unemployed and inactive persons as at least 50% of employees under the project will belong to a specific category - young people up to age 29 incl. Will be employed 19 persons, of whom 10 are from that specific category. We plan to provide vocational training and training in key competencies. For nine of those will equip new jobs. For all individuals will purchase needed clothing to the requirements of the position. After completion of the program plan of keeping the 10 newly created jobs for a minimum of 12 months. The realization of the target will be achieved through the combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Management and organization; Activity 2. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months "KAUCHUK" JSC; Activity 3. Conduction activity of vocational training to the target group; Activity 4. Training on key competences; 5.Purchase of clothing, equipment and furnishings for new jobs; Activity 6. Project promotion. The results that we expect from the project are the following: creation of 19 new jobs and signed contracts for 12 months with 19 representatives of TG .; Create sustainable jobs, 10 of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; Professionally trained new recruits six and eight key competences; Purchased and delivered equipment for new jobs and clothing; Provided publicity. We believe that the implementation of our project can improve the lives of 19 persons, mostly young people and their families by giving them work and access to quality education.
