"Creating new employment opportunities and improving the standard of living"

"Color print BG" Ltd. was established in 2004 and is engaged in publishing and advertising, production and marketing of printed matter. Over the years, the company developed rapidly, becoming one of the leading companies in this branch in Plovdiv and the region. The company invests in the development of human resources and potential of their staff. One of the main goals of the applicant to develop human capital to ensure higher employment, income and social integration, to enable the company to maintain capacity built over the years. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. It is planned to be hired 3 people unemployed youths up to 29 years and 3 persons permanently unemployed and inactive persons. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the "Development of human resources" to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increased productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning, and strengthening social inclusion. The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1. Hire unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months Activity 2. Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and furniture related to the creation of new jobs, Activity 3. Activity organization and management of projects, activities 4. Information and publicity. jobs and the continuation of investment in human resources are of paramount importance in 2015. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with long-term priorities of the strategy "Europe 2020" and the need to improve the business environment in Bulgaria.
